- We need your confirmation by August 13, 2010 ( cut-off for souvenirs)

- After the cut-off, we will consider your reservation FINAL and CONFIRMED.

- NO-SHOW fee will be charged to those who reserved but failed to attend ( this is to cover expenses for your food and souvenirs)

- Payments can be made at the venue

- Registration starts at 5:30 PM
